All orders placed on Bongobastra are dispatched on the next business day after order confirmation via phone call.

Delivery usually takes 2–7 business days, depending on the customer’s location and courier service availability.

If we are unable to confirm the order by phone, dispatch may be delayed.

For any delivery-related issues, delays, or queries, customers are requested to contact us directly on WhatsApp for faster support.

Reality check (important):

• “Next-day dispatch” is valid only after confirmation — you’ve covered yourself legally.

• 2–7 days is realistic for India. Good.

• WhatsApp support = trust + speed.
