Return & Refund Policy – Bongobastra
Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
Customers must inform us within 24 hours of delivery with proper photos or videos of the issue.
Once approved, a replacement or refund will be processed.
❌ Returns are not accepted for reasons such as color variation, personal preference, or incorrect size choice.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for selected locations only.
All COD orders require mandatory phone confirmation.
If confirmation is not received, the order will not be dispatched.
Repeated fake or refused COD orders may result in COD being permanently disabled for the customer.
Order Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is not allowed.
To request a cancellation, customers must contact us immediately via WhatsApp with their order details.
